Here’s what’s new:

🛎️Move Smarter and Faster with Auto-Bidding: Ever wished you could bid on a load in the CloudTrucks mobile app, get an instant response, and book at the price you set? Submit a bid on a load in-app and get a response within approximately 15 minutes. If the broker’s offer is within your bid range, the load will be automatically approved and added to your jobs list. If the broker counters, CloudTrucks will auto-counter another bid within your range. Learn more about auto-bidding here. 

🆘Faster Accessorial Reporting: Have an issue? We’ve made it easier to let us know. Just hit 'Report Issue' in the app, answer a few quick questions, and our ops team will jump in to sort it out fast. This means less downtime for you so you can maximize your earnings. See more on how to report an issue or accessorial here.

🔎Save Your Favorite Searches: Tired of setting up the same search every time? Now you can save the search settings you use the most, so you can find loads you want to run faster. Save searches based on details like routes, weight, and deadhead max. Right now, this feature is on our Web platform and we’re bringing it to your mobile experience soon as well. Set it once, save it, and get back on the road ASAP. Learn how to manage your searches here.

💰Set Aside Cash with a Maintenance Fund: With our new maintenance fund offering, you can automatically stash away a bit of cash every week for regular truck upkeep or those unexpected fixes. Check how much you’ve saved right in the app. It’s a simple way to keep your truck running smooth and avoid big surprises. This has been a really popular one and we already have approximately 25% of our owner-operators putting savings into their maintenance funds. Check out more details on the maintenance fund here.

💳Choose Your Advance: It used to be that if you needed a cash advance, you’d have to advance 50% of the line haul revenue. Now, things are a lot more flexible. If you need some cash upfront, you can now choose the advance amount that works for you, up to 50% of a load. We want to help you stay more in control over your finances and if a load is ineligible for an advance, we will be transparent and explain why it does not qualify.
